Mancycle is a simple app intended to help people (mainly aimed at adult and young adult males) track their mood.
Emotions can change for many reasons, and the question of whether male emotions change with any periodicity is widely unstudied. The female menstrual cycle's premenstrual syndrome and emotional changes, perhaps highlighted by menstruation itself, have been noticed and studied to a greater extent throughout history.
This app is a simple experiment and a simple mood tracking device. The idea here is that every day, you rate your mood. If you keep this up for a number of months, a pattern may arise. If a mood change pattern or emotional periodicity does arise, then you might be able to better make life plans and decisions with this new information in mind.
