•Apply it through the theme manager in CM12.

•Also, apply 'Material Dark' theme in (Settings>Language & input>Android Keyboard(AOSP) or Google Keyboard>Appearance & Layouts>Theme) to enjoy MaterialUp dark keyboard theme.
