Matthew's Nutrition Kitchen is located in Black Rock, South East Melbourne. Owned and operated by body builder Matthew Frenkel, we cook and deliver fresh and supremely healthy meals up to 50Km from Black Rock. All our food is made fresh, hand-cooked and weighed, with all our ingredients sourced from local suppliers guaranteeing no added hormones or preservatives. Whether you're a gym junkie, a hard working tradie, a busy corporate type, or you just like looking after yourself, we have a meal plan for you!

In addition to our meals, we produce protein balls and desserts, and have a selection of MNK printed clothing available for purchase.
