At MBC Fitness we understand how vital it is when you want to make changes in your life. It's all great on Monday morning when you leap out of bed and shout "Let's go!" Then the reality of fitting new plans into old ways hits you and it's all too much, for today anyway, you can always start tomorrow, right? Well, that's not how we roll here, we get it, it's hard work. But it should be, otherwise, there's no point. Change won't come and you will lose your own battle before you leave home.
But what if your trainer is always there to encourage those changes, what if you receive messages from them every day helping you invest the time you need to improve everything you know you want to change? That would be amazing right! We think so too, and it's exactly what you will get every day. Once a week we will facetime with you and go over your results, the ones you have easily pit into the app for us to monitor. The same way we can monitor your eating habits and guide you into a really healthy choice that's tasty too. In fact, it's like having a PT by your side every day!
