Users can either use our free or premium plan to reach your goals or potential. As a free user, you can create daily or weekly meal plan using the macro selection. To reach maximum potential, users can upgrade to our premium service to unlock all functions to make weight loss or weight gain super easy. Premium users will be able to select more macro choices in addition to our popular ketogenic meal plan option. Furthermore, they would have more options to customize or swap foods and stay within their macronutrient ratio. In addition, tools will be provided that automatically calculates and graph Lean Body Mass (LBM), Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) as users provide weight and body fat information. Users will have the option to upload weekly or monthly progress photos tagged with their weight, body fat, and lean body mass.
Our weight-loss option gives you flexibility on how fast you want to lose fat weight by giving you a conservative, moderate and aggressive option. It also uses a popular method called caloric cycling, known as caloric shifting, which is a popular method that helps protect against plateaus which some fitness models and body builders use today.

MEAL ID PREMIUM PRICING AND TERMS
Meal ID is free to download and use. Should you choose to upgrade to premium, we offer 3 auto-renewing subscription options - monthly plan at $8.99 USD, 6 months plan at $29.99 USD and the yearly plan at $47.99 and will continue until cancelled.
Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Your iTunes account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Prices are fixed and there will be no increases when renewals.
Subscriptions can be managed by the user and auto-renewal turned off by the user in Account Settings in iTunes after purchase. Once purchased, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.
No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period. Any unused portion of the period will be forfeited.
