Meditation Course (Practical) APPLICATION description
Learn to meditate, your mind and your body will thank you. We have designed this application in two parts: theory and practice. It is designed in blue following the principles of chromotherapy. In
the theory section you will find basic information and manuals to learn how to meditate. And in practice section you can practice meditation accompanied by soothing music for as long as you consider
appropriate. In future versions we will be adding more content and options through your comment. We hope that you enjoy this app :)
