Memory Stretcher is an exercise for the brain that WILL increase your capacity for retention and recall.
Memory works best when storing details in pairs. This 'game' provides a random list characters, presented in pairs. They are provided in a timely manner and repeated. Doesn't sound like much but its the presentation that works.
Try to memorize a random list of 10 digits. How long does it take? Now try 20.
What if you could memorize 500 random digits in an hour and recall them at the end of the day?
