MI.Juárez -Alerta APPLICATION description
Alerta es una aplicación para teléfonos móviles que permite el envío de ALERTAS DE EMERGENCIA a las corporaciones de seguridad pública, tránsito, protección civil y Cruz Roja.
Esta herramienta, no obstante que es de gran utilidad para una rápida atención de las emergencias, requiere de un uso RESPONSABLE del ciudadano, ya que al accionar los botones, provoca el despliegue de elementos de las fuerzas de seguridad y rescate, así como vehículos para su atención.
Mediante un proceso de registro y validación de datos, que se lleva a cabo de manera electrónica a través del Portal del Municipio de Juárez, el ciudadano podrá descargar la aplicación e instalarla en su teléfono celular.
La información que se proporciona en el registro, permitirá a la dependencia que corresponda atender la emergencia, poder acudir en su ayuda con los elementos mínimos indispensables para brindar un servicio oportuno y eficiente.
El teléfono celular que se utilice para esta herramienta, deberá tener acceso a Internet y por tratarse de una herramienta para dispositivos MOVILES, es indispensable que se active la función de GPS del teléfono celular, lo que permitirá enviar la ubicación aproximada del lugar de la emergencia.
Una vez instalada la aplicación, se podrá acceder a una pantalla que contiene 5 botones:
- Envío de Alerta a Policía Municipal.
- Envío de Alerta de Salud.
- Envío de Alerta a Bomberos.
- Envío de Alerta a Tránsito.
- Llamada al 066.
Mantener presionado por 5 segundos el botón que se requiera, de acuerdo al tipo de emergencia, activa el envió del número telefónico, hora y fecha de la emergencia, así como la posición geográfica aproximada del lugar.
Esta información, además de la proporcionada por el ciudadano en el proceso de registro, es enviada al área de despacho del Centro de Emergencia y Respuesta Inmediata, activando el protocolo previamente definido por cada una de las corporaciones que atienden las emergencias.
