Mightier is a game system that provides a fun way for kids to practice managing their emotions. The games are grounded in practice and routine, where children learn to calm down when reacting to stressors. Over time and continuous practice (3 times a week, for 15 -20 minutes at a time, for 90 days), the cool downs will become automatic even when your child faces real world challenges.

Our program was developed by clinicians from Boston Children’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School and is designed to help children (ages 6 - 12) who struggle with their emotions. This includes kids who have a tough time with tantrums, feelings of frustration, anger, aggression, irritability, anxiety, or even a diagnosis like ADHD, ODD, and Autism Spectrum Disorder.

The Mightier Parent app helps you develop a play routine for your child and see with a quick glance if they are meeting their weekly goal. You will also have access to details about the games your child is playing, on what days, and for how long. This information is tracked week over week so you can follow the progress your child is making.

• Tips & Insights to make your Mightier journey successful

The Mightier Parent app provides information and guidance to help your family be successful. Each week you will have new insights based on your child’s journey and play. The app also provides a robust Resources tab, which is filled with best practices, science research, and proven techniques to help your child in their emotional regulation.

• Quick & Easy Access to Customer Care support

Contacting and getting support from the Mightier Family Care Team is fast and easy. Customer support from licensed clinicians is available 7 days a week. The Mightier Parent app provides access to support wherever you go and the ability to chat with a program specialist right away.

• Parental Controls - Exclusive to the Mightier Parent app

The Mightier Parent app provides the ability to remove unwanted games from your child’s rotation. In account settings, you now have the ability to turn a game off for age appropriate content and difficulty level. This feature is best used sparingly.
