Mikopo Rahisi-Peer to Peer Loan App

Lenders comply with the following terms:
1. Give loan amounting to between Ksh 2000 and Ksh 100000
2. Ensure APR of not more than 24%per annum
3. Short term loan must be more than 91 days
4. Give long term loan not exceeding 365 days
5. Charge no origination fee
Example:
If a borrower is in need of Ksh 10000, they will pay interest of up to 24% of 10000, which will be Ksh 2400. The ad fee will be Ksh 200, and hence total will be Ksh 2600. If listed in CRB, you may still get a lender.

Privacy and Permissions:
We collect email and telephone data from borrowers which we share with lenders. Downloading our app will give us access to that data. All your data is encrypted.


How do you apply

There is a simple application process. This involves, filling a simple loan request form, accepting terms and paying advertising fee amounting to ksh 150 to Ksh 200. Once you pay ad fee, your loan request is posted in our app in 3 hours, and you are informed of the ad via email as soon as we do.

Since a lender just requires information to enable them trust you, processing of loan for the qualified is fast. App users should be aware that payment of advertising fee is not a guarantee for loan. Please don’t use our app if not agreeable to that.
