I am Vanessa Cabe, a Certified Fitness Professional and you've found my online training app! I am focused on helping people with health issues, injury recovery and weight loss.
Learning self love and self acceptance is a vital part of my purpose in my gym and online. I believe that physical health improves our mind while our mind improves our physical health and real change begins in the mind. I also believe that regardless of the challenges we face, there is always something we can do to improve our bodies and our minds. I do not make get-skinny-quick promises. This program is deeper than that, it is bigger than that. We are all on a journey, and we are focused on long term results. We will be better today than we were yesterday and better tomorrow than we are today. We don't compare ourselves to others or compete with them to be like them. We are only competing with ourselves to be the best self that we can be!

This is not an automated fitness tracker with automated workouts. I am personally behind the app, designing your workout and sending it to you. I am personally looking at your progress and I am personally responding to any messages you send me.
