MobileTech R7.0 for Signature APPLICATION description
MobileTech helps manage service calls by connecting the field to the office.
IMPORTANT: MobileTech R7.0 is compatible with Signature 2015 R2 SP3, Signature 2016 R3 SP1, Signature 2018 R2, and Signature 2018 R3.

NEW FEATURES
• Updated the look with new icons and colors.
• Added compatibility to use Woodford's Mobile Audit feature.
• Offline HTML enhancements: New Service Call, Additional Work, Location Contacts, Job Appointment Resolution, Appointment Summary
• Technicians can now add a Resolution Note on a job appointment.*
• Signature Capture has been moved to the bottom of the Summary tab.
• Contacts added/modified in MobileTech can be approved in Signature.*
• Ability to consume multiple service (labor) inventory items with the same exact item number

BUGS FIXED
• Signature gets cut off when switching from full screen mode to panel mode.
• Adding a number to an attachment description causes a crash.
• Expired contracts not being removed from Middle Tier.
• Add a cleanup step for expired contract equipment records.
• Load Data causing an arithmetic overflow when processing Site Inventory.
• Entering an Unknown vendor longer than 15 characters causes a purchaseorderdetail sync error.

• TimeLog feature is converting 1:00 am UTC to midnight when Time Zone Views are enabled.
