MoBills Subscription Billling

MoBills is a cloud based subscription billing solution. MoBills takes care of subscriber management, invoice generation and bill collection. MoBills provides you with a single solution which seamlessly integrates your back office operations and bill collection agents on the field.

MoBills subscription billing solution consists of 3 parts, MoBills Cloud server and Desktop Application, MoBills Android Application and a portable hand-held Bluetooth printer.

MoBills Desktop Application helps the back office operations and takes care of subscriber management and account management. It provides a the user with up to date statistics on the status of account, gives an overview on status of every subs and pending invoice and bill collection statistics up to the minute.

MoBills cloud server takes care of the Invoice generation and keeps you and the subscriber in touch by SMS & E-mail alerts. MoBills is a cloud based solution, that means you don't have to worry about maintaining server, security or software updates.

MoBills Android App helps the field bill collection staff to get detailed information on a subscriber and know the account balance, pending invoice and takes care of printing the bill and syncing the payment data back to the server.

MoBills solution also comes with a dedicated portable hand-held Bluetooth thermal printer which takes care of printing the invoice. The printer is to be paired with the mobile device along with the app to enable printing.

MoBills Subscription Billing Solution can be used in many verticals like Cable TV Billing. Internet Subscription Billing, Newspaper and periodicals Billing.

MoBills can also be easily customized for used in school fees collection and Rental collection and many other retail space where recurring billing is needed.

MoBills Android Application

Invoice Collection
To collect invoice, select the Invoice Menu. In the next screen search for the customer for whom are you are looking for. You can search for a customer using their name, address, phone number or email id. When the required customer is selected, app will fetch the outstanding invoice, if any. Enter the amount collected from the user and select "Save & Print", to save the invoice to the cloud and print the invoice.

Connecting the printer
MoBills works only with our specific Bluetooth printer. For details about the printer get in touch with us. Once you have the printer charged and powered on, touch the printer icon on top of the screen to connect. When you are connecting the device for the first time, you will have to pair the printer and the phone. To pair the printer and phone, select the "scan devices" button. When the printer is listed, select it to pair. Once paired the button on the top should turn green to indicate that the printer and phone are connected.

Customer Account Balance & History
To view the account status of a customer, select the "Customers" menu option and on the next screen find the customer by their name, phone number email id or address. Once you select the desired customer, you can see the current status of the customer and past invoices if any. You can also print the past Invoices, if required.

Collection Statistics
The Stats menu, presents an overview of the collection made by the field agent.
