But the sofa has dramatically changed and evolved throughout time. People have always had a place to sit, but it hasn’t always been as pleasant and filled with cushions, and pillows like todays sofas. Our ancient ancestors used rocks, logs, or animal skins. Later when humans began building sofa like structures they were only for the rulers, or very wealthy.
