Motor Helpers

Motor Helpers app helps its users in vehicle break-down fix with easy, fast and reliable roadside assistance on a click . It is currently launched with Hyderabad data of service providers and we are slowly expanding to other cities of INDIA.

Motor Helpers is a public directory service for Two-Wheeler, 4-wheeler, Heavy Vehicles workshops/service stations/repair shops in India. Motor Helpers app helps customers to find the nearest repair shops on a map.

Motor Helpers app helps the users in following ways:
- Identify & recommend the nearest service provider
- Contact the nearest service providers by calling them on their availability
- Help the user to tow the vehicle by using the map (google) based directions from the user location to the selected service provider location.
- SOS feature helps the user to send automated text messages to the nearby service providers seeking help for a break down
- Apart from breakdown roadside assistance, app helps in identifying the common automobile related service providers like Car Wash, Car Decor, Spare Parts store, Wheel Alignment, fuel, Police Station etc.
- Breakdown support information for Puncture/Flat Tyre, 2 & 4 Wheeler Service Stations or Mechanics and heavy vehicles like Lorry, Buses etc. too.
- 24x7 Emergency Roadside Assistance for 4 Wheeler.

I have a Flat Tyre/Puncture for my bike? What do I do next?
If you have a flat Tyre or puncture in your two-wheeler, Use the Motor Helpers app to find the nearest service provider around you at the break-down location. Once you locate the service providers, choose any one and click on the marker on the map. It will pop up the details of the service provider. You could either "call" that service provider to find availability or tow your vehicle to that location using the "Get Directions" button.

Be a Motor Helpers Advocate by registering helpful mechanics with us. Click on Menu on top and then "Help a Mechanic", which will open up the service provider registration form for you. Fill the form, completely. Service Provider will be fully onboarded only once his mobile phone is verified during the registration process by entering the OTP number.
