Move by BJC is an 18,000 sq.ft. fitness center filled with everything you need for your cardiovascular, strength and conditioning needs. In addition to our fully outfitted cardio, strength and free weight areas, members have access to therapeutic massage, individual and group personal training, virtual and live group exercise classes and more.
Move by BJC offers:
• Cardio equipment with personal TVs as well as 5 big screen TVs spread throughout the naturally lit space.
• LifeFitness, Hammer Strength and Rogue Fitness strength training equipment including selectorized machines, barbells, deadlift platforms, dumbbells (5-100lbs) and 2 HD power racks
• Unique Turf space for all of your strength, speed, agility and quickness training needs.
• Our spacious locker rooms include 4 showers and everything you need post-workout:
o Bath towels, hand towels and washcloths provided
o Body wash, shampoo and lotion
o Locks available for purchase at front desk (or bring your own)
• Three modern, high-end studios for a variety of activities:
o 30-bike spinning studio with innovative audio and visual media
o 4,000 square foot group exercise studio
o Mind and body studio
• Two massage therapy rooms with a team of nationally-certified, state-licensed massage therapists experienced in Swedish, therapeutic and sports massage, as well as deep tissue, prenatal, trigger point or reflexology. All massages are tailored to your physical condition and your goals, and support your fitness program.
