An ad-free, in-app purchase free app that takes a very simple, minimalist approach to keeping track of your fitness. It allows you to keep track of your PRs, your workouts, and your macros. Very quick and simple.

Want to add a PR? Just tap on the "Personal Records" tab, then tap the "Add PR" button and you're good to go. Want to add a workout? Just tap the "Workouts" tab, then tap the "Add Workout" button. To add exercises to the workout you just created, just tap it!

Need to keep track of your diet? Hit the "Diet" tab where you can add calories, protein, fat, or carbs (as well as subtract should you make a mistake). All values are automatically saved and reset every night at 12:00am (24:00). Tap "History" to view the current day, as well as every other day that's been saved.

Once again, this is not an app that is meant to cost you anything at all. It is a completely free app that is designed to keep track of the simple things and not be tedious at the same time. No premium features, no ads, no in-app purchases. What you see is what you get.
