The MumMeFit app can be carried out in addition to the current workout routine or even before you start your local work out course. It includes exercises for the period immediately after birth as well as more demanding ones for a later start.

The goal is to fill the first 12 months after birth effectively, motivated and above all sustainably, with sports and exercise, in order to increase your well-being.
