A Rádio manter-se-á sempre independente face ao poder político, económico e religioso.
A Rádio não renunciará ao seu direito de informar e criticar, e terá apenas como limites os que decorrem da ética e deontologia dos meios de comunicação social.
A Rádio distinguirá claramente entre as notícias - que deverão ser, tanto quanto possível objectivas, circunscrevendo-se à narração, relacionação e análise dos factos - e as opiniões, cujos defensores deverão ser claramente identificados e cuja divulgação deverá seguir o critério do pluralismo.
O critério de selecção do material informativo e do destaque a conceder-lhe não será o das convicções político-ideológicas de quem decide, mas o da importância jornalística desse material.
A Rádio estará sobretudo atenta e disponível para a divulgação dos acontecimentos e iniciativas de âmbito local e regional, com a finalidade de contribuir para o desenvolvimento da região e para a afirmação da sua identidade socio-cultural.
A Rádio evitará recorrer ao escândalo e ao sensacionalismo, capazes de aumentarem a audiência, mas que poriam em risco a qualidade que se pretende manter.
Respeitar-se-ão sobretudo os ouvintes que, certamente, aceitarão e desculparão os erros, mas que seguramente não perdoariam se, por acção ou omissão, fossem enganados ou abusassem da sua boa fé.
A Rádio proporcionará o recreio e o entretenimento, mas contribuindo para a educação da sensibilidade e gosto artístico.

Linhas Gerais de Programação

A Rádio Santo André MundialFM, tem como principais linhas de orientação a divulgação de música portuguesa, tendo programas de contacto directo com o público para o efeito.

Em termos informativos, a prioridade vai para as notícias do concelho de VN Poiares, seguindo-se os concelhos vizinhos e, em terceiro lugar, os mais distantes onde chega a nossa emissão.

Sempre que possível, fazemos programas em directo para acompanhar os eventos realizados no concelho, como por exemplo a Feira de Artesanato ou o Dia do Município.

A RSA MUNDIALFM é uma rádio pluralista, apartidária e independente, aberta à participação de todos os credos, ideais políticos ou outros.

    The information material and highlight selection criteria to grant it will not be the political and ideological convictions of who decides, but the journalistic importance of this material.
    Radio will be especially attentive and available for the dissemination of the events and local and regional initiatives, in order to contribute to the development of the region and for the affirmation of their socio-cultural identity.
    Radio avoid resorting to scandal and sensationalism, able to increase the audience, but that would put at risk the quality you want to keep.
    Respect will be especially listeners that certainly accept and will excuse the errors, but surely not forgive, for action or inaction, were deceived or abused their good faith.
    Radio will provide recreation and entertainment, but contributing to the education of sensitivity and artistic taste.

Programming Outline

     Santo André Radio MundialFM, its main guidelines the dissemination of Portuguese music, having direct contact with the public programs for this purpose.

     In information terms, the priority goes to the news of VN Poiares municipality, followed by neighboring municipalities and, thirdly, the farthest reaches where our issue.

   Whenever possible, we direct programs to track events held in the county, such as the Craft Fair or the Day of the City.

   RSA MUNDIALFM is a pluralistic radio, non-partisan and independent, open to all faiths, political ideals or others.
