I have been involved in the martial arts community since 1986 when I began Shidokan Karate, kickboxing, and street tactics training under the tutelage of Shihan Eddie Yoshimura and Bo Medenica. Since that time I have had the opportunity to train in various styles of martial arts including Muay Thai, boxing and Krav Maga as well as being one of the field training officers and defensive tactics instructors for Stations Casinos in Las Vegas, NV.

I currently hold a personal training certification from the National Strength, Conditioning Association (NSCA), fitness nutrition specialist from National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and am a Mixed Martial Arts Conditioning Coach through NESTA as well as a metabolic training specialist. My main focus of fitness training is fat loss and strength conditioning for fighters and dancers
