Music Notation Editor. (Create and save your own songs).
4 New Vertical Scrolling keypad layouts.
Keypads are colour coded for each octave.
Settings menu which when option is enabled will allow you go directly to your favourite keypad.
5 songs. (Demo only has 3 songs).
Ability to hide note panel to prevent distraction when playing your own music notation.
7 accompaniment midi tracks. (Demo only has 5 midi tracks).
2 Tones in the Tone-Bank. (Demo only has 1 Tone).
Free keypad mode when using Vertical Scrolling Keypad or Double Keypad. (Disabled in Demo).
Symbols On/Off enabled. (Disabled in Demo).
This is a new musical instrument based on the piano keyboard but with a unique interface of keypads for your fingers. It has a range of 4 octaves and polyphony of 2 notes. It has been designed as a melody instrument. It would normally be used for single note playing but a chorus effect can be achieved by playing two notes at the same time.
ORIGINALLY DESIGNED FOR 7" TABLETS OR LARGER - Has been extensively tested on a Asus Nexus 7 (first generation) device.
NOW HAS SUPPORT FOR SMALLER DEVICES - Has been tested on a Huawei Y320 phone on which it worked perfectly.
It comes with some public domain songs (notation and midi files) built into it. Notation is displayed on the screen so that the user can read the notes. Swiping right to left in the notation panel reveals more notes. Midi song files are provided so that the user can get the feel for the correct rhythm and timing of the song. The keypads can be played on while the accompanying midi songs are being played.
