Make positive changes by keeping track of your substance use, or just find out how much you are using and how to use in a less risky way. Log, check and track your substance use with MY CREW and set goals around your substance use to make positive changes to your life. Check out how much you are using and the how it effects you. Want to make a change to your use? Set yourself goals to change how much you use and keep track of how you’re getting on. With the MY CREW planner, you can plan for upcoming events which might effect how much you use and set yourself helpful messages to keep you on track.
MY CREW is designed to be an accessible way to log and track your substance use when it’s convenient for you.

Log It - log every time you use a substance to look at how much you are using, how much you spend and how you feel
Track it - keep track of your progress with the MY CREW tracker. Track changes in your mood, how much money you spend on using and other things in your life that your use might affect. Links to non-judgemental harm reduction information from the MY CREW online drugs information database
Plan it - use the MY CREW planner to plan for upcoming events that might be difficult for you. Always use when you’re out with your friends or when you’re feeling stressed? Use the planner to help you plan for these situations, work out what you can do and send yourself a helpful message at a time when you need it
Set goals - Set yourself a goal to change how much you are using, measuring the amount you use, how often you use or how much money you are spending. Review past goals and change your goals over time to make the changes you want to make. Notifications will let you know how you are getting on with your goals.
