The new My Croydon app is a faster way to report issues to us using your Android phone.
It’s quick and free to download and is initially aimed at reporting a variety of local issues such as fly tipping, street cleaning, a defect on the highway or problems with trees and high hedges.
All you need to do when you see a problem is:
Select a category (such as graffiti) and add any other relevant information you think we need to know
Take a photo of the problem
Add your location
Submit your report
If you don’t have a smartphone you can also report issues to us using our website at any time that suits you by visiting www.croydon.gov.uk.
