MyBOLT!

BOLT! Super 4G LTE adalah sebuah terobosan baru untuk koneksi 4G LTE yang pertama kali di Indonesia (tepatnya di JaBoDeTaBek & Medan).

MyBOLT! adalah sebuah aplikasi yang membantu user pengguna BOLT! untuk melakukan pengecekan sisa kuota pemakaian dan tanggal masa berlaku kuota BOLT! Super 4G LTE. Dengan adanya aplikasi MYBOLT! user pengguna BOLT! dapat dengan mudah memantau pemakaian kuota dan juga tanggal masa berlaku kuota. Anda cukup dengan melakukan login menggunakan nomor BOLT! dan password (didapat dari email yang dikirim BOLT setelah melakukan aktivasi) maka anda sudah dapat menggunakan aplikasi ini untuk melakukan pengecekan main quota, kuota Donting, pulsa utama dan tanggal masa berlaku kuota setiap saat.

- Aplikasi MyBOLT! saat ini dapat mengecek kuota utama / main quota, Pulsa utama, Kuota Donting.
- Aplikasi MyBOLT! tidak dapat login jika kondisi BOLT! user mengalami habis kuota / kuota tidak diperpanjang.
- Aplikasi MyBOLT! dapat berjalan selama memiliki koneksi internet tanpa harus melakukan koneksi ke modem BOLT!
- Aplikasi MyBOLT! sudah mendukung dan dapat dijalankan pada Android OS version 2.3 (GingerBread) - 5.1 (Lolllipop).
- Anda harus mempunyai dan melakukan aktivasi modem BOLT! Super 4G LTE terlebih dahulu, baru dapat menggunakan aplikasi ini
- Aplikasi ini bukan aplikasi official dari BOLT / PT. INTERNUX (jika mengalami kendala pada paket data, mohon menghubungi Customer Service BOLT)
- Aplikasi MyBOLT! akan memberikan notifikasi sehari sebelum masa berlaku main kuota kamu habis / expire (pada jam 9 pagi)
- Aplikasi MyBOLT! memiliki widget.

[Tips "Gangguan koneksi ke website Bolt"] :

Jika ada koneksi internet tetapi mengalami "Gangguan koneksi ke website Bolt", silakan coba membuka website official bolt menggunakan google chrome / browser di android.

Jika website official tidak terbuka juga di google chrome / browser, maka ada 3 kemungkinan:
1. Website official bolt tidak dapat diakses oleh semua / beberapa provider.
2. Jika tidak down maka kemungkinan pada DNS jaringan. Silakan anda melakukan setting Google Public DNS (https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns/) pada router / device Android anda(Root Only) anda.
3. Jika masih bermasalah, silakan coba jaringan provider lain (mungkin provider bermasalah mengakses website official)
