STEP ONE: Pay 20% this goes to ownership of the plot.
STEP TWO: Pay 10% for the foundation.
STEP THREE:Walls require 15% of the total amount
STEP FOUR:Roofing requires 15%
STEP FIVE:Fittings which amount to 10% of the total amount.
STEP SIX: Finishing is usually the most expensive of all steps so when you feel ready you will need 30% of the final amount.
