Honestly, when I just looked at the screenshots of Fantasy War Tactics, I was ready to write an average review of another shareware RPG. It looks beautiful and colorful, but that does not mean that the game will automatically be interesting. I'm glad to say that I was wrong.
Fantasy War Tactics R looks even better in action than in the screenshots. All the characters are rendered in 3D and the designs of some of them look very original. Of course, I rolled my eyes more than once, looking at the costumes of some female characters (stereotyped anime), but the bosses skins turned out to be interesting. And I really liked how the characters go through the stage of rebirth. When your character reaches the maximum level, it again degenerates into the initial level, but all its attributes and statistics are preserved.
