Nicetry APPLICATION description
Make your resolutions!
This is an application to keep track of your intentions and your constancy in pursuing them.
How do I use it?
From the home screen click on "Add connection", enter the title such as '”eat healthy food” , enter the start and end date and then press "create resolution".
Now you'll find it in the list.
Click on it, a question will appear: “How did it go today?” If you have maintained the resolution press the green thumb, otherwise the red thumbs.
Once you have made that for few days, you will be able to visualize a graphic with the historical data and even share it on your Facebook status.
The calendar will show all the individual days and purposes, "swipe" to the right or left to move to the next or previous day.
Example of resolutions:
quit smoking
go to the gym
eat healthy food
have self-confidence
make movement
drink moderately
pay more attention to the others
read something
take a moment for yourself
save the dates of a course
have a laugh
