Planned work orders are listed on the app of the technician in real time so he knows where to go and what to do. Technicians can complete jobs by adding working hours and used parts, filling in service reports and getting the signature of the customer. Everything is automatically synched back to the Odyssee Service Preview portal and can be invoiced the same day!
