The purpose of the OFW Remittance Gateway App is to provide convenient access to
participating licensed online money transfer providers. Access not only describes the physicality of
using money transfer services through the convenience of a mobile app, but it also means having
access through a specific landing page designed by the money transfer partner to allow OFWs and
International Seafarers to use their systems from the United States without the need to provide a
U.S. Social Security number, but instead to provide appropriate government issued identification of
pre-determined acceptance by the money transfer partner. Such acceptance will have been
predetermined by the partner prior to the user registering with the OFW Remittance Gateway Mobile
App.

The OFW Remittance Gateway Mobile app is designed to offer convenience to users in the
following ways:
(1) Users do not have to use cash to do a money transfer.
(2) The mobile app is available for access 24/7/365 for the use of SeaDeals members.
(3) SeaDeals members can sendmoney wherever they are and do not have to wait to get back to a U.S. Port to send money.
