• Diagnostic codes
• Medications in the Ontario Drug Benefit formulary that are part of:
• Limited Use (LU) codes
• The Exceptional Access Program (EAP)
• The Palliative Care Facilitated Access (PCFA) program
• Errors and explanations related to claims errors and OHIP payment rejections
