One Rep Max Calculator APPLICATION description
Enter the weight, and reps completed, click the calculate button, and your one rep max will be displayed, along with percentages of your one rep max from 20%-80%. This page also offers tables with reps and co-efficients; you can figure out your 1RM percentages, or determine the weight to use for a certain number of reps.
You can also calculate your one rep max for specific exercises using these tables.
On the "Load Progression" page, you enter, say, the last weight you used, and it will display that weight, plus and minus, 5%, 10%, 15%, and 20%. This feature will be updated in the near future (as of 11/13/14).
Other pages offers resources for getting shredded, building strength, and fixing elbow pain, which has stopped me from lifting way too many times.
