The program is 12 weeks and includes a monthly training plan with videos (3-4x times per week), regular progress checks, food diary, macro tracker, good habits check list, lifestyle guide and more! The weekly course by video call with our coaches is designed to teach you all about fat loss and goes deeper into nutrition, training and lifestyle with interesting links to articles and videos. The goal is to understand what's happening in your body, how to use it to your advantage and how to implement it into your lifestyle without depriving yourself. Learn to do it yourself so that you won't need to rely on a trainer anymore!
