Bottled water is tapped to overtake the beverages sector toppling even wines and whiskeys, globally. Srigdhaa Beverages, introduced an aqua brand called ‘Oxygem’ in 2005. It was launched with a specific purpose- to enhance the quality of drinking water available in cities across India. Oxygem is created in a very sterile environment in Cherlapally, Secunderabad in South India. Its purity is tested before bottling with stringent testing processes. The company has a 2-acre fully automated plant that processes untreated water, fills the purified content in different capacity bottles. They are packed and sent directly from the manufacturing plant to the regular consumers. The company is a reputed manufacturer of packaged drinking water in this region. The management recognizes the water needs of its niche customer profile which is already consuming this liquid asset as a health conscious decision. The final product that is created offers a buoyant taste in the mouth.
