Mother-Daughter Teletherapy
Passport Journeys is a convenient and personal experience for mother-daughter pairs who desire an improved relationship.
The Passport Journeys platform is tailored to serve mother-daughter pairs, ages 18 and up.
The app matches mother-daughter pairs with a licensed clinician to guide them through a monthly journey of intentional bonding, healing and growth.
How does Passport Journeys work?
Mother-daughter pairs download the app, one creates an account and a pairing code is emailed to the other to sync both users within the app.
An initial questionnaire is used to assess the current relationship, challenges and goals.
The mother-daughter pair are matched with a licensed clinician who specializes in the mother-daughter dynamic to begin the intake process.
Based on the first 4 sessions, the clinician will discuss a monthly plan for those that are appropriate and ready for this type of supplemental service.
What is included in the monthly subscription?
Our monthly subscription model includes the following:
• Live Video Sessions: Bi-weekly Support Sessions with your assigned licensed clinician through video meetings- 2 per month
• Prescribed Activities: Thoughtful activities in between video sessions to promote intentional bonding (in person and virtual available) - 1 assigned per month
• Journal Prompts: Intimate journal prompts curated to pull out deep thoughts to simulate growth and healing through writing - 1 assigned per month
• Worksheets: Clinician-selected homework to sharpen a particular skill, based on your goals - 1 assigned per month
How will we know if the app is working well?
We gather your relationship baseline responses from the initial questionnaire and we repeat the survey every 3 months. Your clinician will review your progress and discuss the metrics used to quantify the effectiveness of the monthly activities.
Our goal is for your relationship to improve with each month that you participate in the activities prescribed. Your outcomes are dependent upon your effort and survey honesty.
