Paws911 was created for the purpose of having an accurate listing of 24 hour Emergency Veterinarians. Though we are aware many could simply use search engines, like Google or Yahoo to search for a 24 hour Veterinarian, the truth is kinda scary. You see, most of those do not require Veterinarians to update their practice or hours, and the end result is an inaccurate list. A Veterinarian can place a listing on Google, close their doors, and their listing could stay online for months or even years. The last thing any pet owner wants to deal with during an emergency, is trying to find a Vet with inaccurate information. Our listing service requires Vets to renew their listing every 30 days, this eliminates the possibilities of having inaccurate information.
Our P.G.P. (Paws Grant Program) helps licensed non-for-profit pet rescue organization every quarter. To qualify, pet rescues simply sign-up with us and they are automatically entered in our list of Grant recipients. The program is funded by the Veterinarians that sign up as Grant Sponsors, their profiles are the highlighted and featured ones. Vets helping Rescue partners, one listing at a time.
