This user friendly mobile application, developed by Children's National Medical Center physicians in the divisions of Emergency and Transport Medicine, provides a quick reference for the vitals, equipment, or dosage guidelines for a pediatric patient.
This award-winning app allows providers to have a quick access to handle pediatric emergencies. The entire app is weight (or age) based so every medicine, equipment, vital is specific to the patient to help with real-time patient management. This app received a Blue Aster award. It is utilized mostly by nurses, PAs, NPs, and physicians in community EDs, urgent care clinics, and pediatric/family offices that handle acutely ill infants and children. It is additionally used by many medics and ALS-B providers in the community who provide scene and transport care for pediatric emergencies.
