PICARELLI COM VOCÊ APPLICATION description
Em 2013, foi eleito pela segunda vez consecutiva, o vice-presidente da Assembleia Legislativa de Mato Grosso do Sul. Além disso, continua a acumular o cargo de Corregedor-Geral da Casa - cargo que exerce desde 2001.
Em mandatos passados, já ocupou a posição de 2º vice-presidente da Casa, membro da CCJR (Comissão de Constituição, Justiça e Redação), da Comissão de Acompanhamento da Execução Orçamentária; da Comissão de Defesa dos Direitos do Consumidor, da Comissão de Saúde e Seguridade Social; Comissão de Trabalho, Cidadania e Direitos Humanos; Comissão de Controle de Eficácia Legislativa; Comissão de Meio Ambiente e Desenvolvimento Sustentável.
Foi presidente da Comissão de Desenvolvimento Econômico no seu primeiro mandato (1987-1991). No período seguinte, de 91 a 95, permaneceu com função de presidente da Comissão de Desenvolvimento Econômico e foi presidente da CCJR.
No terceiro mandato, nos anos de 1995 e 1996, ocupou a 2ª Secretaria da Mesa Diretora da Assembleia. Foi 3º vice-presidente em 97 e 98, sendo que em 97 foi também presidente da Comissão de Finanças e Orçamento e presidente da CPI da Enersul (Empresa Energética de Mato Grosso do Sul).
Em 1999 assumiu a 2ª Vice-Presidência da Casa, acumulando as presidências das Comissões do Mercosul, de Controle e Eficácia Legislativa, do Parlamento Amazônico e a vice-presidência do Parlasul (Parlamento do Sul), entidade que agrega as assembleias legislativas dos Estados de MS, PR, SC e RS.
Novamente reeleito (1999-2003), Picarelli assumiu no primeiro biênio a 2ª Vice-Presidência da Assembleia. Após ser tesoureiro, diretor regional e vice-presidente, assumiu a presidência da Unale (União Nacional dos Legislativos e Legisladores Estaduais) em 2002.
Em 2001, foi eleito presidente do Parlasul e, desde 2002, secretário-geral da Copa (Confederação Parlamentar das Américas). De 2001 a 2003 exerceu o cargo de tesoureiro da Unale e no mesmo ano, no dia 21 de junho, foi conduzido à presidência da União.
Em 2003 foi nomeado presidente da Comissão Especial de Adaptação da Constituição Estadual, vice-presidente da Comissão de Acompanhamento da Execução Orçamentária; membro das Comissões de Educação, de Saúde, de Controle e Eficácia Legislativa; suplente das Comissões de Justiça, de Agricultura, de Legislação Participativa, de Turismo; bem como das Comissões Especiais de Reforma do Regimento Interno e de Divisão Territorial.
Além da atividade parlamentar, Picarelli atua como jornalista. Apaixonado pela comunicação, o deputado apresentou por 25 anos o programa "O Povo na TV", veiculado na TV Campo Grande, afiliada do SBT no Mato Grosso do Sul e também o programa "O Povo se Defende", na Rádio Cultura.
A partir de fevereiro de 2007, o parlamentar passou a apresentar o programa “Picarelli com Você”, exibido diariamente na TV Guanandi, afiliada da Band. Desde janeiro de 2010, ele comanda “Picarelli com Você” na TV MS, afiliada da Record . Além disso o apresentador que também já comandou o Balanço Geral por três vem com uma super novidade em 2015 - o Cidade Alerta MS, um programa que traz matérias bombásticas a partir das 18h00.
Com mais de 50 anos de profissão, e sucesso ininterrupto há 33 anos no Estado, o deputado estadual e apresentador Mauricio Picarelli também tem a rádio como uma de suas paixões. Já comandou o programa de rádio “Picarelli com Você” na Rádio Difusora AM Pantanal 1840; FM Moreninhas 106,3 KHZ, e aos sábados na FM 95,9KHZ. No final de 2011 o comunicador Maurício Picarelli assumiu o programa de sucesso Café com Blink na FM 102,7. O programa ficou no ar sob o seu comando por dois anos.
