Picresize is resizes images according to your exact specifications. You can either give an exact size in pixels, or a percentage of the original size. You can choose to either ignore the aspect ratio of the image, or resize the heght and width accordingly. The user should balance while reducing quality to the level of making image visible by eye same as original image.
