Kinda clunky but usable. Easier to tune sound settings via this app than radio itself. Same on color settings. If you cannot get app to connect, remember to press and hold the MC knob on the radio with the app open on your phone. This gets me connected every time. Beyond easier radio audio and color setting, the app isn't very useful for Spotify or Pandora or volume control.

After a lot of research, I found you have to go into a setting in the menu and set it to the phone you have and turn the Arc functions on. I was able to edit the illumination settings and make a custom color for the lights, and get into the audio adjustments. I wasn't however able to make the audio part work correctly. But you don't need the Arc app to control your phones audio through the receiver anyway. There's no way to exit the app either so you have to force close it.

The app never closes. Its always running in my notification and always play music unless i pause the song. You got as many 1 star reviews as 5 star reviews. Time to make some changes

The ability to change all of the radio's settings from a menu on your phone is excellent, but this app runs constantly and that's unacceptable for what it does. It also doesn't add any functionality to the other music apps, there's no reason to use it for playback.

Complete, utter, total crap! Plays music for about 20 seconds, then inexplicably pauses and won't resume. Absolutely useless!

The app get crash. Regular, it make my mobile crash to, I really like this app, u need to fix those errors

Galaxy s4 Doesnt switch off. You need to force quit otherwise will always be on. Difficult to use. No song management, no playlists. Expected ore from pioneer...

What you need is the app to talk to the actual call making facilities on the phone so it acts as a hands free. Then you need to keep the app running when you start the engine in the car because at the moment the app detects the usb powering down for a second and this forces it to restart which in turn stops automatic playback of mp3s until you swipe the screen to start playing again. Just a bit more though could be used on making this app so much better.

No option appears for audio Settings for MVH-X380BT,as per update.

Got everything it shows working pretty easily, need to hold down volume knob like you do when syncing phone to get it to sync with app. Only big issue I have is no way to close the app other than going into manage apps on phone and forcing it to quit. Good app but still needs some work
