This app is based on the research of New York Times bestselling author and Stanford Lecturer Shirzad Chamine. This research has included 500,000 participants from 50 countries.
The app first provides an interactive reporting of the Saboteur Assessment. If the user is interested in further exploration, the app then helps to develops one’s mental fitness level (PQ) through a week of practice to develop the 3 core muscles of mental fitness which are: 1. Saboteur Interceptor 2. Self-Commander. 3. Sage.

If the user has already completed the online Saboteur Assessment, the app begins with an interactive reporting of the results. If not, the app guides the user to first take the 5-minute assessment.
