He and his wife, Shatera, founded Praise Chapel Palos Verdes in 2015. Pastor Luke holds an Apologetics Certificate from Biola University and his ordination from the Praise Chapel Christian fellowship. Shatera Duperron graduated from Biola University in 2011.
