Property Bid Assistant is a simple tool to help you quickly estimate how much to pay for a potential property. This is done by simply entering how much rent you expect the property could generate.

How to use the Property Bid Assistant:
Enter the rent you estimate the property could generate at the top of the app. That is all you need to do to get a quick estimate on how much to pay for a property and still generate income each month or be 'cash flow positive'. The app will estimate each of the expenses using the default rules.
If you want to override those values simply check the checkbox next to one of the expenses and fill in the value you want the app to use.
To change the rules for permanently for how the app creates default values for each expect, select 'Settings' from the menu.
