To get all the icons finished as in the screenshots download the CUBED ICONS apex / nova theme
The font used is antipasto. Use ROM TOOLBOX font installer to install.
The font is also included in the icon pack. Which is free.
I dont have an xhdpi device so let me know if it doesnt look like the screenshots.
