Islan de Souza começou na Rádio Vicência FM em 2008, onde trabalhou por cinco anos. Em 2009, criou o site “Vicência VIP”, que posteriormente se transformou no portal “Aqui Vicência”. Atualmente é diretor da Aliança FM, além de ser correspondente de emissoras de rádio e jornais da Mata Norte de Pernambuco.
