YAYIN İLKELERİMİZ
Anayasanın 133. maddesi ve 2954 sayılı Türkiye Radyo Televizyon Kanunu uyarınca tarafsız bir kamu tüzel kişiliğe sahip Türkiye’nin tek kamu yayın kuruluşu olarak yayınlarımızın tarafsızlığı esastır.
2954 sayılı Türkiye Radyo Televizyon Kanununun 5. maddesine göre Türkiye Radyo Televizyon Kurumu yayın esasları şunlardır;
a) Anayasanın sözüne ve ruhuna bağlı olmak; devletin ülkesi ve milletiyle bölünmez bütünlüğünü, milli egemenliği, Cumhuriyeti, kamu düzenini, genel asayişi, kamu yararını korumak ve kollamak,
b) Atatürk ilke ve inkılaplarını kökleştirmek, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti’nin çağdaş uygarlık düzeyinin üstüne çıkmasını öngören milli hedeflere ulaşmayı gerçekleştirmek,
c) Devletin milli güvenlik siyasetinin, milli ve ekonomik menfaatlerinin gereklerine uymak,
d) Devletin bir kişi veya zümre tarafından yönetilmesini veya sosyal bir sınıfın diğer sosyal sınıflar üzerinde egemenliğini sağlamak yahut Devleti ve Devlet otoritesini ortadan kaldırmak veya dil, ırk, din ve mezhep ayrımı yaratmak yahut sair herhangi bir yoldan bu kavramlara ve görüşlere dayanan bir Devlet düzeni kurmak amacı güden rejim ve ideolojilerin propogandasına yer vermemek,
e) Genel ahlakın gereklerini, milli gelenekleri ve manevi değerleri gözetmek,
f) Türk milli eğitiminin temel görüş, amaç ve ilkelerine uymak,
g) Kolayca anlaşılabilir, doğru, temiz ve güzel bir Türkçe kullanmak,
h) Toplumun beden ve ruh sağlığına zarar verecek hususlara yer vermemek,
i) Karamsarlık, umutsuzluk, kargaşa, dehşet, saldırganlık gibi olumsuz duygular uyandırmak ve telkin etmek amacına yönelik yayın yapmamak,
j) Kişilerin özel hayatlarına, şeref ve haysiyetlerine saygılı olmak ve dürüstlük anlayışına bağlı kalmak,
k) Haberlerin toplanması, seçilmesi ve yayınlanmasında tarafsızlık, doğruluk ve çabukluk ilkeleri ile çağdaş habercilik teknik ve metodlarına bağlı olmak,
l) Haberler ile yorumları ayırmak ve yorumların kaynaklarını açıklamak,
m) Kamuoyunun sağlıklı ve serbestçe oluşabilmesi için kamuoyunu ilgilendirecek konularda yeterli yayın yapmak; tek yönlü, taraf tutan yayın yapmamak ve bir siyasi partinin, grubun, çıkar çevresinin, inanç veya düşüncenin menfaatlerine alet olmamak.

YAYIN İLKELERİMİZ

Turkey Radio and Television Corporation broadcast mainly by Turkey of the Radio and Television Law No. 2954 Article 5 are as follows:
a) be connected to the word and spirit of the Constitution; the indivisible integrity of the state with its territory and nation, national sovereignty, the Republic, public order, public order, to protect the public interest and to watch,
b) Ataturk's principles and reforms to root for, foreseeing the emergence of contemporary civilization level of the Republic of Turkey to perform to achieve national objectives,
c) the state of the national security policy, to comply with the requirements of national and economic interests,
d) the State to be managed by a person or group or social class to ensure the domination over other social classes or the State and to eliminate the state authority or language, race, religion and create sectarian discrimination or other any way to establish a state system based on and discuss this concept In order to give place to the propaganda of the regime and ideology-making,

i) pessimism, hopelessness, chaos, terror, arouse negative emotions such as aggression and broadcast for the purpose to inspire,
j) of the private lives of people, to respect their honor and dignity and adhere to honesty,
k) the collection of information selected and published in the impartiality, accuracy and promptness principles to be connected to modern journalism techniques and methods,
l) to separate the review with news and explain the sources of review,
m) public broadcasting healthy and do enough on issues of interest to the public to freely composed; The only way to make biased broadcasts and a political party, group of vested interests, not the interests of belief or thought tools.
