Rating application is built for companies and their branches to keep track of their customer ratings for the service for better Operational Excellence. Companies can add their branches in their specific account and provide the branches with Rating forms designed to grab the customers insights.

Rating App is provided with the feature to customise the forms provided. Branches can customise the forms with their interested and appropriate content but will be retained with predefined template. Company can anytime change the Rating and Feedback Forms and can distribute across the branches with appropriate notification.

The branch specific details with customer Feedback and Rating consolidated forms can be viewed at any time in a company specific account. Also, specific Customer comments can be shown in a detailed view to know about a product pros and cons in the market from customer perspective.

Branches will use the intended Rating forms provided by the companies via their accounts for taking the reviews from customer. Customer will be handed over the tablet opened with the Rating / Feedback form. Once customer Feed In the reviews, will be sent to the specific company consolidated.
