Ready Connect Eat Jackson is a mobile app that provides Madison County residents with personalized nutrition guidance on recipes, grocery store items, and local restaurants. With this app it is our goal to empower residents to make healthy choices that will carry forward for future generations.

Ready Connect Eat Jackson provides personal nutrition guidance based on your dietary preferences ('eat healthy", "lose weight", "vegetarian", "vegan", etc.) and also based on your chronic diseases (diabetes, hypertension, kidney disease, high cholesterol,osteoporosis and others). These guidelines are sourced directly from major health associations and adjusted for your personal profile. You also have the ability to connect with your own local Registered Dietitian, who can further personalize your nutrition guidance.
