But this Sour Cream Banana Bread is somewhat distinctive: the sharp cream makes this one so wet it softens in your mouth. The flavor is simply eminent! This one is incredible for blessing giving and occasions. Loaves freezes well.

Preheat stove to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Oil four 7x3 inch chunk skillets. In a little bowl, blend together 1/4 container white sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Dust container gently with cinnamon and sugar mixture. In a vast vessel, cream margarine and 3 mugs sugar. Blend in eggs, pounded bananas, harsh cream, vanilla and cinnamon. Blend in salt, preparing pop and flour. Blend in nuts.
