The term Tikka means pieces or bits. Chicken Tikka Masala is a delectable dish in which premarinated bits of chicken are barbecued and afterward added to a thick rich sauce. The result is a dazzling Smokey flavor. Serve Chicken Tikka Masala with hot Naans.

Grind the hacked coriander (keep some aside for decorating) and all other marinade elements (with the exception of yogurt) to a smooth glue in a sustenance processor. Put the above blend into a huge bowl and include yogurt. Blend well. Include the chicken pieces and blend well. Spread the vessel and refrigerate. Permit to marinate overnight. String the chicken onto sticks and keep prepared.
