Recording Timer APPLICATION description
Dual timer for keeping track of total video time and usable video time.
This dual timer has two separate timers that are made to speed up the video editing process. The first (white) timer is a constant timer that starts when you start recording and end when you stop recording. The second (green) timer is used to keep track of usable video within the full recording. Once started, there are "Marker" buttons that start and stop the second (green) recorder.
Example 1: You are recording a gameplay video and you want your video to be 30min long but it's hard to keep track because you cut out the "boring" pieces within it. Every time you know you will cut out a part of the video just hit the "Marker Off" button and the second (green) timer stops. When ready to start again just hit the "Marker On" button to start the timer back up again. Every time the "Marker" buttons are hit it records the time it was hit so you know exactly where it is when you go to edit the video.
Example 2: You are recording a film and you do multiple takes but keep the camera rolling. Every time a take starts and end just tap the "Marker On" and "Marker Off" button and when you go to edit, you know exactly how many takes were on that film clip and where to find them.
